To gain the clients' and society's trust, and to maintain a continuous development as well, at the Environment and Society chapter, Petrom carries on activities we are proud of.

This policy is available for all Petrom employees. The followed courses and policies, as well as the activities organized by Petrom last years, are based upon an operational strategy in a continuous development. This strategy sets objectives and periodically analyses the acquired results.

Our essential objectives in Environment and Society subject are:

• decrease of oil products' negative impact upon the environment;
• ECO oil products marketing;
• avoidance of work and oil products' transportation accidents.

Prevention measures, that would reduce risk facts, are a first step in environment and society protection.
