Poziții vacante

Sarcini principale:

  • Persoana responsabila trebuie sa monitorizeze, organizeze, supravegheze, si / sau  sa verifice prin intermediului contratorului desemnat:
  • controale, revizii, interventii pentru eliminarea deficientelor si incidentelor apărute;
  • contoarele de inducție, statice si electronice in montaj direct, semi-direct sau indirect;
  • orice abateri privind securizarea grupurilor de masura la toate categoriile de clienti, intocmind cu maxima responsabilitate documentele specifice definite in procedurile in vigoare;
  • functionarea permanenta a instalațiilor si echipamentelor electrice si energetice;
  • masurari ale parametrilor elementelor componente ale instalatiilor si echipamentelor energetice;
  • remedieri de complexitate redusa privind grupurile de masura in montaj direct depistate cu neconformitati (de exemplu: inlocuire contoare defecte);
  • circuite secundare in echipamentele electrice si energetice.

-    Persoana responsabila trebuie sa:

  • creeze planuri ale retelelor energetice si electrice, respectand cerintele necesare in dependenta de caz;
  • citeasca desene tehnice si sa interpreteze schemele electrice intru intocmirea caietelor de sarcini;
  • aiba capacitatea de organizare a locului de munca;
  • sa respecte cu strictete regulile de protectie a muncii si P.S.I. din obiectivul unde isi desfasoara activitatea; 

-    Alte responsabilitati specifice pozitiei.

Aptitudini si competente necesare:

  • cerinţe educationale: studii superioare în domeniul energetic/tehnic;
  • minim 3 ani de experienta in pozitii similare;
  • grupa de electrosecuritate (V), sau posibilitatea de a fi autorizat;
  • autorizatii de lucru pentru indeplinirea lucrarilor in instalatiile electrice sub/supra 1000 V (posturi de transformare, panouri electrice de distributie, linii si cabluri electrice 10/0,4 kV)
  • cunostinte ale legislatiei in domeniu energetic;
  • limbi cunoscute: romana, rusa, engleza (avantaj);
  • cunostinte operare calculator: MS-Excel, Word, Power Point, Outlook;
  • persoana organizata, cu bune abilitati de comunicare și coordonare;
  • permis de conducere cat. B.

Petrom-Moldova is looking for a full time position of Expert Controlling and Financial Performance Retail.

Main responsibilities:

  • Responsible for providing to the Management controlling & performance information and analysis/explanations of the results of Company activity in order to support operational management decisions;
  • Ensure harmonized Controlling & Reporting processes and procedures in line with Petrom / Group standards and procedures;
  • Develop together with all Business Units (BU) Management Strategy/ Forecast / Budgets / Mid-term plan, etc;
  • Propose corrective measures in case of negative actual/budget deviations;
  • Analysis and interpretation of statistical and accounting information in order to appraise business results in terms of profitability, performance against budget and other matters bearing on the fiscal soundness and operating effectiveness of the business;
  • Participation as representative of the controlling service at business unit level projects, as well as company level special projects;
  • Prepares planning packages (pre-run strategy, Strategy, MTP, BG, Scenarios): P&L, KPIs, Financial result, CAPEX, Cash flow, etc.;
  • Perform evaluation of Marketing initiatives, campaigns, promotions as well evaluation of investments projects and Investment planning & budgeting;
  • Supporting the administration of the TM1 database (TM1 is one of the main tools used for reporting purposes in the OMV Group) and conducts actual data input in TM1;
  • Preparation of various operational monthly, annual, weekly, ad-hoc reports as required to support local   management decisions and to fully understand operational results (variance and trend analysis, benchmarking analysis etc.).
  • Participation in the monitoring and control of company costs;
  • Assist in drawing internal company procedures in compliance with the corporate standard;
  • Continuous improvement of the reporting process (Cost centers, Cost categories, etc.)
  • Etc.

The ideal candidate should have the following profile:

  • IT-literate (High knowledge of MS-Office, in particular Excel, PPT), SAP knowledge – would be an advantage;
  • Knowledge of cost accounting;
  • Knowledge of IFRS accounting standards
  • Educational requirements: University Degree in economics or any comparable education;
  • Work experience in Economic/Finance field: At least 5 years of experience in Finance, preferably in Corporate Finance;
  • Good communication skills and intercultural awareness;
  • Languages: Fluency in English, Romanian, Russian.

Petrom Moldova anunţă recrutarea pentru postul vacant de Operator (Depozit Petrolier).

Responsabilităţi principale:

  • Îndeplinirea operaţiunilor de recepţionare, livrare, păstrare şi evidenţă a produselor petroliere;
  • Întocmirea rapoartelor de tură referitoare la recepţionarea, livrarea şi stocul produselor petroliere;
  • Respectarea regulilor de exploatare tehnică a depozitului petrolier, instrucţiunilor de recepţionare, păstrare, livrare şi evidenţă a produsului petrolier, instrucţiunilor de sănătate şi securitate în muncă, normelor igienei de producţie instrucţiunilor de securitate antiincendiară;
  • Etc.

Aptitudini si competente necesare:

  • Studii medii / medii speciale;
  • Sanatos si apt de munca cu produse petroliere;
  • Muncitor, responsabil, punctual, cu spirit de echipă dezvoltat.

Descrierea postului:

Partenerii (firme/companii, sau persoane fizice care întrunesc cerințele de mai jos,in condiția creării unei întreprinderi), vor fi responsabili de administrarea benzinăriilor, pentru și din partea PETROM.

Partenerii vor administra benzinăriile în conformitate cu standardele PETROM referitoare la relațiile cu clienții, magazine, restaurante și spălătorii, vor fi responsabili de relațiile cu furnizorii, logistica, controlul stocurilor, contabilitate, recrutarea și instruirea personalului, sub directa coordonare a conducerii PETROM.

Cerințe:

Petrom-Moldova is looking for a full time position of Specialist Card Sales.

Main tasks and responsibilities:

  • Increase sales by reaching the maximum buying potential of existing customers;
  • Reaching and exceeding budgetary targets;
  • Development of clients network within the sales area;
  • Monitor and evaluate the relationship with the customer: payment history, credit limits, other relevant info related to customer activity that could hurt the company;
  • Overall minimization of the risk-costs;
  • Develop a strategy of prospecting potential customers: research, presentation of Petrom products, making the offer, negotiating prices and payment terms, contracting, providing required training to implement the desired product solution;
  • Maximization of the profit margin in the sales territory;
  • Take active part in projects and customer related events, workshops and CSR activities;
  • CRM system: keep up-to-date info in the client database and use it in achieving goals;
  • Monitor and analyze market developments (competition activity) and report important events;

Petrom-Moldova is looking for a full time position of Team Leader Asset Management.

 Position Scope: 

  • Ensure functioning and well-maintained asset structure to facilitate smooth business operations. 
  • Responsible for Petrom asset strategy and manages all issues relating to it. This includes contract management, network optimization and monitoring of performance. 
  • Responsible for national CAPEX projects and the planning and monitoring of maintenance works. 

 Main tasks and responsibilities: 

Support Retail  Manager in planning and executing all asset-related aspects:

  • Define country Asset Management strategy;
  • Advise Retail Manager on all asset-related aspects;
  • Break down/adapt overall strategy to country level:
  • Implement overall strategy and monitor status on ongoing basis;
  • Define detailed KPI”s  for country network;
  • Ensure information availability about Asset relevant issues;
  • Consolidate and report to International Asset Manager on regular basis;
  • Monitor existing network performance and propose action:
  • Define potential cost savings on the existing asset base;
  • Divest by closure or sell-off to other parties if necessary;
  • Suggest opening/acquiring of new stations if economics and feasibility checks are positive;
  • Responsible for managing asset processes with owners of rented stations (investments, feasibilities, FS design, technical standards, construction supervision, taking over locations, follow up);
  • Modernize existing stations following same procedure if economics and feasibility checks are positive.
  • Manage national maintenance and corresponding tender processes:
  • Draft short, mid and long term maintenance plans;
  • Manage national tender processes for maintenance contracts;
  • Set up budget according to network plan;
  • Prioritize maintenance works in case of budget shortage;
  • Maintain relationship and act as central contract point for national maintenance providers;
  • Maintain relationship with owners of rented station for maintenance process and parties responsibilities;

Manage real estate contracts:

  • Prolong contracts in case of expiry;
  • Renegotiate real-estate contracts aggressively
  • Administer existing contracts;
  • Advise/approve changes in asset base requested by other departments;
  • Focusing on amendments in shop/gastro;
  • Focusing on amendments in car wash;
  • Etc. 

Main requirements:

  • Educational requirements: University degree; 
  • Work experience in similar position: at least 7 years 
  • Management experience at least 5 years 
  • Languages:Romanian; Russian; English fluent 
  • Computer literate; 
  • Very good Knowledge of Republic of Moldova legislative requirements;

Main tasks and responsibilities:

  • •    Ensure the medium term/operational strategy of the card business line in the sales territory and of the customers as well as implement the strategy; 
  • Maximization of the profit margin in the sales territory; 
  • Competition activity monitoring/prevision on the business line;
  • Develop sales strategy in alignment with management and peers;
  • Define the strategy and activities in alignment with management, ensure cross country perspective

  • Reporting the card operations results (sales, customer/transaction number); 
  • Reporting the cost and sales budget deviations and possible actions to correct the negative deviations.
  • Analyze sales statistics; prepare reports; 
  • Control, motivate and develop his team, make proposals for the efficient management of the human resources available;
  • Receiving requests and complaints from customers / authorities, formulating responses (analysis);

Main requirements:
